1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing Merge PDF: Combine & Split (the "App"), provided by Qavixor ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. License & Intellectual Property

Qavixor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Android or tablet devices strictly in accordance with these Terms.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, code, icons, UI assets, and designs associated with the App are owned exclusively by Qavixor. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any software components of the App.

3. In-App Subscriptions & Payments

Merge PDF offers optional paid Pro subscription tiers (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly) and in-app purchases that unlock ad-free usage, unlimited batch processing, and priority tool features:

• Billing: Payments are processed directly through your Google Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered (e.g. 7-Day Free Trial on the Yearly plan), the subscription fee will be charged to your account when the trial ends unless cancelled before expiration.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play Store settings (under Payments & Subscriptions). Refund requests are governed strictly by Google Play's standard refund policies.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Because document processing occurs locally on your device, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your original PDF documents.
• Ensuring you possess the legal authority and rights to modify, merge, sign, or remove passwords from documents processed within the App.
• Remembering any passwords used to lock or encrypt documents using the Lock PDF tool. We do not store or recover forgotten document passwords.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for lossless precision and 100% reliability, Qavixor does not guarantee that file processing will be uninterrupted or error-free on all corrupted or non-standard PDF formats.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qavixor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or files resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
