Merge PDF is designed with privacy-first principles. You do not need to register an account or provide email passwords to use the app. All PDF files, signatures, and document operations remain stored exclusively on your local device.

1. How to Delete All App Data Locally (Instant)

Since your documents and preferences are stored locally on your device, you can delete 100% of your data immediately without submitting any request:

Option A (Clear Data): Go to your Android device Settings ➔ Apps ➔ Merge PDF ➔ Storage & Cache ➔ Tap "Clear Data" / "Clear Storage". This purges all cached documents and local history.
Option B (Uninstall App): Uninstalling the app from your device automatically deletes all app-specific storage and cached files.

2. Request Remote Diagnostics / Telemetry Deletion

If you have previously contacted customer support or wish to have any anonymous Firebase diagnostic logs or device telemetry permanently purged from our databases, please submit the request form below:

3. Retention Policy & Processing Timeline

Upon receiving a deletion request, our engineering team will process and permanently purge all associated telemetry and support history from our records within 48 hours.
